It takes T + 3 plus 8 market days to convert warrants to mother shares. If you buy tomorrow, you can only get the mother shares on 26.04.2017. How do we know what will happen by that time? Everyday got ESOS sellers with big 5000,00 shares each time.

So far there is no announcement concerning exercise of warrants but almost everyday got announcement on staff ESOS exercise with an issue price of only RM0.2050. So unfair.

Just be ready guys , Anzo will move up again, its been 8 trading days they trade Anzo the same way. I think monday they will switch the trading trend and Anzo will fly high don't miss the boat guys.

The Board of Directors of Anzo Holdings Berhad (“Anzo” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Harvest Court Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“HCCSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 April 2017 received a Letter of Intent from KL Northgate Sdn. Bhd. (“KNSB”) for the following contract :

“Cadangan Pembinaan Bagi Pembangunan Komersial Bercampur Yang Mengandungi:

Fasa 2A: 1 Tingkat Basement Dan 4 Tingkat Podium Tempat Letak Kereta

Fasa 2B: 5 Tingkat Pusat Membeli Belah

Fasa 2C: 54 Units 3½ Dan 4½ Tingkat Kedai Pejabat

Fasa 2D: 1 Blok 27 Tingkat Menara Hotel

Fasa 2E: 1 Blok 30 Tingkat Menara Hotel

Fasa 2F: 1 Blok 31 Tingkat Menara Residensi

Fasa 2G: 1 Blok 37 Tingkat Menara Perkhimatan Suite

The above contract work amounting to a maximum of RM1,214.7 million subject to the finalisation of contract documents, term, conditions and final contract pricing. As part of the conditions, Anzo will work with MCC Oversea (M) Sdn. Bhd. to jointly undertake the project.

The scope of work to be undertaken by HCCSB shall include the followings:

a) Foundation of piling works;

b) Basement and upper floor carparks inclusive of Mechanical & Electrical (“M&E”) services;

c) Main buildings inclusive of Mechanical & Electrical works, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, façade & cladding and ancillary works; and

d) Infrastructure work inclusive of earthworks, landscaping, facilities, flyover & ramps.

The Letter of Intent is not legally binding. KNSB expressed their intention to award the contract to HCCSB subject to finalisation of final contract pricing and agreement of terms and conditions.The contract amount of up to RM1,214.7 million is an estimation given by KNSB based on the scope of works in the said contract. All the terms and conditions will be finalised and stated in the Letter of Award to be issued later if so agreed by both parties. Time frame for finalisation of contract document and final contract pricing is estimated to be within 3 months.

KNSB was established in 22 July 2003 and having its principal activities in property development and construction. The directors are Datuk Chai Woon Chet, Dato’ Ng Aun Hooi and Mr Ng Yin Meng. The major shareholders are Transcend Development Sdn Bhd, Datuk Chai Woon Chet and Curahan Yakin Sdn Bhd.

The Letter of Intent is not expected to have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. However, it is expected to have positive contribution to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Anzo group.

There are no significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Letter of Intent. The financial commitment required by HCCSB together with source of fund can only be determined upon finalisation of contract documents and final contract pricing.

Save for Datuk Chai Woon Chet, who is an Executive Director and major shareholder of KNSB and also the Managing Director and major shareholder of Anzo, none of the Directors’ and/or major shareholders’ of Anzo or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Project.

The Letter of Intent was entered pursuant to the Shareholders’ Mandate prescribed in the Company’s Circular to Shareholders dated 29 July 2016 which has been approved by the Company’s shareholders during the Thirty Eight (38th) Annual General Meeting held on 20 September 2016.

This announcement is dated 13 April 2017.
