ECRL is with CCCCC... No way gov will reappoint local contractor to continue the work.... end of day, gov need this project to improve out National interest with China.

Don't think WCT can swallow the double track contract... would be catalyst if they could share portion of the 4.5B plan. I believe Gamuda still in the lead for KVDT.

Finally gov recognize they need mega project to move our economy & business. Soon later, those projects put hold would restart again.
