Annualized EPS is around 16 cents assuming no improvement in profit. I feel that there’re a lot of rooms to grow, especially the potential to get projects on PMTP and even airport expansion. Now also trading building materials. PE 10 means RM 1.60. PE 15 means RM 2.40. It shouldn’t be at RM 1.4x ba. Now it even started giving out dividend.
You’re right that it went from a lowly sub-RM 1.0x to RM 1.49 in 2 months time. But this stock also went front RM 1.86 to RM 1.04 in less than 1.5 months’ time. TA doesn’t quite work here, sometimes the volume dries up entirely, and a lot of shares are in the hands of same group of ppl.
Why the sudden drop from RM 1.86 to RM 1.04 previously? The news only came out when it bottomed. So why did the price go up so fiercely this round?
I learned that anything is possible and nobody knows the future for certain. But if you listen to the nutcase, you either end up in holland or share a room in a mental asylum with Anon.

1st Avenue mall is in strategic location but poorly managed, hence it is not as popular as Gurney or Queensbay. Having said that, given the current soft market, it could be a good time for Ideal to purchase this mall at a bargain
With such a cheap price to get a good location Either change to shopping mall Or other multi purpose hall also very profitable Long term wise is not bad.
On a more serious note, buying mall will give IUBB a stream of more stable income, at the same time branching out into a different business different from its usual core one which is property.
90% occupation rate. The key is huge discount from market rate and the potential of what it could be. Very much like buying any other asset, you buy one which you can greatly improve to materialize its full potential. That’s how one can buy cheap and create value. Buying something that is already at its full potential at premium price just doesn’t make sense.
The subtle signs are showing. Maybe will go into construction later too looking at the tender for the Penang airport earlier. Same concept, wait until everything is bleeding obvious, then the value would already be reaped by ppl who bought it while it’s cheap.
Sharks want to make money too right? Someone is pushing the price up slowly. So if the objective is to make money, he just needed to park sell queue and let ppl take his shares. Now we’re seeing someone throwing to push the price down with an intention. Evil.

Although it's a chicken amount dividend, but investors will take it as a positive news and it will indirectly help them to complete the PP
