EPS 4.8 sen x 4 = 19.2 sen x PE 15 times = RM2.88

TP PE 10 = 1.92
TP PE 15 = 2.88

Management is reducing the debt position which a lot of investors worried about.
Now accumulate more before release quarter result. If positive, then go ahead hit first TP 1.92. Haha

They have high borrowing. Parring down borrowing make sense as interest expenses lower in years to come, naturally net profit higher . That will translate to better pe.

So EPs shall be estimated based on ,0.05x4=0.20? Pe 10 is RM2 easily.
You calculate pe 15,18 to see. Steel playing for at least 3 years.

As stock god highlight before

this disposal however, add to the fundamental of this counter.
1. Vietnam operation disposal will not reduce future earnings because it has never contributed to Prestar.
2. Disposal at a gain means Prestar fair value is higher than it carrying value of RM1.33 per share.
3. proceeds of RM22m can reduce its borrowings and interest expense. Savings approx RM1.1m or 0.6 sen per annum

1. Borrowing going to reduce in future, saving interest expenses, profit up.
2. Add on 25% of other business, revenue and profit to increase
3. Vietnam disposal, one off gains

Hoho, point 1 & 2 can improve the future earning per share.. Maybe one day they can earn more 5 cent EPS in a single quarter
