Simple calculation, if the company able to achieve RM0.0395 EPS every quarter, one year will be RM0.158, 10x PE, RM1.58. Plus, next year east cost highway contract kick off, boost the company revenue, RM1.58 target price is really really really conservative.

Luckily no cut loss yesterday. Frien text me and say his sifu sent blasted email to all asking them to cut loss on everything. Friend din share much detail but it sounded like market going to crash.

The profit YoY is actually higher in this quarter, the number of outstanding shares has increased YoY, and therefore, the EPS YoY is slightly lower.
From this quarter's earning result, i suppose the recent sell-down from RM1.3x in end Oct to RM1.10 today is not justifiable.

Revenue record high, proposed listing Tashin Steel. Management are doing their job very well. Strengthening of MYR recently can increase profit margin next QR, cant understand why still got ppl think this is a poor QR. Of course it cant beat last QR because last QR there was a one-off dispose earning from Vietnam factory.

I think Encik Md. Nahar Bin Noordin is done with his selling....he is the one who cause panic selling among the investor and trader..

With this difficult economy environment..prestar is able to perform ..with revenue record high and maintain good profit

With the strenghtening of ringgit,.,it will bring down material cost for prestar in coming quarter result..thus another good profits result

PE 5, RM1.1...for every dollar u invest, u get 20c earning...if declare 25% earning as dividend, u get 5% for your 1 dollar investment...

If price re-rate to sector average, PE 8 = Rm1.6, PE 9 = Rm1.8, PE 10 = Rm2.0...

QoQ revenue has grown up by 15%...but NP doesn’t increase much...so, it’s just a matter of finding out where did the money go and if it’s gonna make more money...

If they use the revenue to pay their loan...then, cost of finance will comedown... coming QR earning will improve significantly...
