I queue to buy 100,000 at 0.57, it was done. I just sold it at 0.70, I make 13,000 in less than 1 hour. Am I stupid ?

I bought encorp wa at 70 sen

Felda won't buy encorp at 1.55 without a good reason.

Encorp will become Felda construction and property arm in the future. The potential could be huge.

It depends on mother share price, if mother share price can go to 1.80, the warrant price should worth 0.98 assuming the WA is trading at 10% premium. I still encourage my students and my subscribers to buy WA. Final decision is yours.

If mother share price is 1.55, the warrant price should worth 0.705 assuming the WA is trading at 10% premium. Please note that the warrant will expire on 17/3/2016, a 10% premium is very fair since the expiry date is about 2 years away. The next quarter result will be out on 15/5/2014. The offer price at 0.55 by Felda is not fair at all unless the next quarter result is not good. Final decision is yours.

If my aforesaid assumption is correct, I will not buy Encorp. I will buy Encorp-WA instead because WA is selling at a low price and a gearing of 2.26. Encorp-WA is value for money.
Final decision is yours.

Hi OTB - how are you getting on. I totally agree with your opinion on Encorp WA. I was too late to catch it when it was re-listed but collected some at about the 65 sen level. I expect to go back to its pre-announcement level even though the mother share does not move.

I subscribed for OTB's RM960 investment advice. I would rate it 9/10 (the 1 mark deducted for his recommendation of Prestar. I never like steel counters)

For those people that have absolutely no clue about what is happening in stock market, I would recommend you associate yourself with OTB and take him as your mentor.

The stocks he recommend are quite safe and good. Better then you guys go out there and buy crap stocks like Ixxx, Suxxxxx, Mxx
