possible someone is collecting now as this group seems to want to push it down and then buying...so hang on as a RTO is possible as the price is so cheap...so maybe some rich tycoons want to list his company by backdoor and to get listed is so difficulty and so the easiest way is by backdoor.
MD resigning but no mention of successor. Usually when things like this happen, co will announce who will take over. Does this mean the whole BOD will lead the co in the absence of a figure head?! Kinda unprofessional, isn't it?
Can someone tell me why he is MD & CEO? What's the difference? Pls read the link above. I don't understand the roles difference. I tot a co either has an MD or CEO. Why need both? Aren't they similar in functions?
CEO is the chief executive officer who is holding the highest position among the staffs but not in the board of directors.Whereas a MD is the the managing director who sits on the board and is actively managing all the affairs of the company and he is normaly an executive director too.He will brief the other directors about the company's progresses or changes in business activities. All departmental heads are answerable to the CEO who will be accountable to the MD.
