why would a loss making money company matter to Alibaba? They make better money than most companies in the world. Alibaba also has JV with CIMB for Touchngo. Look at Touchngo...still not integrated at Plus Highway, card cannot reload from app, pay carpark still need use touchngo card, etc. To be Alibaba's partner, money or profitability is not an issue. They are the kingmaker.
