What klsenoob said is true. New grant awarded, but I'm not sure about the amount. If really 100 millions, then:

100,000,000/952,678,000 (outstanding shares) = RM 0.105 per share.

Inari just save another 10.5sen per share for their capex for the new building equipment. Meaning another 10.5 per share will be contributed directly into our EPS.

Isn't that a good news?

Below are my calculation of the intrinsic value of Inari (may or may not be correct way).
If we look at the recent quarter report, in the cash flow report, there was RM23.2 million depreciation declared. Which lead to 2.43sen per share.

And RM 73.16 million was used for Purchase of property, plant and equipment. Which lead to 7.68sen per share.

If without considering the CAPEX and depreciation in the recent report, Inari share holder EPS should be 5.61 + 2.43 + 7.68 = 15.72sen but not 5.61sen as reported.

Imagine what will happen after inari completed all its expansion and capex. Then how the financial report will look like?? lol.

Time to buy before it is too late guys.

My advice is leave the stock market for the time being,too volatile,have to monitor oil price,dow performance,China stock market crash,North Korea,Syria issue,etc.Even good counter like Inari also cannot spare,just my 2 cts.

According to HL bank report - RF’s revenue contribution fell below 50% in 2QFY16 due to stock adjustment coupled with the expectation of slower growth in smartphone market, especially in China. While it remained high in Jan, Feb and Mar RF wafer loadings are expected to decline 20% mom. As such, P13B extension has been halted temporarily.

The detailed terms and conditions of the CPS will be announced in due course and the issuance of the CPS and the terms thereof will be subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and the shareholders of Inari at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened.

The current price is price for perfection. If you were to take the fully diluted share count, including warrant A + warrant B + employee share option + CPS, total share count is closer to 1.1 billion. Many analysts either lazy or trying to hide this fact so as to paint a better EPS. The forward PE is still too high for action. Major shareholder sold early this year, institutions taking a wait and see attitude. Retail investor should act with caution.
