Do you know they Management have plenty of options still not exercised at low low pricing. So it make sense they sold some and take up the options before expired.

Dato' Sri Thong is disposing his direct share in Inari on daily basis because most likely Dato' Sri is building up his cash position to fend off any possible hostile take over of Insas( insas hold 600+ million of inari) as Insas is severely undervalue and Dato' Sri and person in concert hold less than 33% of Insas.

EPF, KWAP and Thong as major shareholder had been slowly disposing.

Some people commented that Thong's selling as to exercise option and selling them to fund Insas.

My question is if Inari will be a fantastic company in the next 5 year and onwards due to good prospect with Broadcom, plus if the share price were to gain 200%-300% by then, why would they, 3 major shareholders want to sell now.

EPF &KWAP sell not necessary due to the INARI bad prospect

if u see other company the EPF or KWAP own ...some is making profit they will sell and some making loss they still will collect (buy) ....

so we ikan bilis will not know the actual hidden agenda of these big funds

just do our own due diligence , do more reading on all related matters and do our own judgement to invest ...after all it is also our own money
