The agreement means the cartel will boost output by 400,000 barrels a day each month from August, continuing until all of its halted output has been revived. I think brent is heading to test Jun low around ~71.5 and reverse, or even lower at 69 then reverse. Either way, hibi still makes good amount of money, right?

the convertible, if i were not wrong, is convertible at 0.40/share. If that's the case, the private placement is only to benefit those being chosen for private placement while the rest of shareholders taking the burden...

From what I understand, Hibiscus will not issue CRPS, private placement or right isssue for Repsol acquisition. There will no further dilution of current shares.

But Hibiscus might issue CRPS again if they plan to purchase another asset from other oil company.
