alas, hibiscus was above 0.74 the last time crude rose above 70, and now crude is above 74 while hibiscus at 0.685. What's more, hibiscus was above 1 7-8 years ago when crude was trading above 70. So, either the Repsol deal is bad or hibiscus management has failed to impress???

Crude stockpiles in China at 2021 low as refiners boost runs

BEIJING (June 29): Oil stockpiles in China have sunk to the lowest this year as refineries boost run rates, suggesting robust demand from the world's biggest importer of crude should continue to underpin a buoyant global market.

Inventories shrank 6.28 million barrels to 974.2 million barrels in the week to June 22, according to market intelligence firm Kayrros, which bases its estimates on satellite images.

Similar data from Ursa Space Systems also showed that stockpiles are near their lowest levels this year.

before the recent KLCI downfall, hibiscus has not rallied in accordance to crude oil price for a short while already. Initially, I thought market is assessing the deal, guess it's more than that.
