Until and unless there is an official announcement made by Presbhd, everything is just based on hearsay and speculations. Trade cautiously and wisely. Personally, I'd love the SKIN project to be revived. The current border security is so obsolete. Lest we forget about the Lahad Datu incursion few years back.

There is nothing concrete or official announcement of the revival SKIN. When they cancelled it, reason was too costly, they wanted a cheaper and efficient one to replace it. Perhaps a fresh tender call is imminent.
