Cancellation of SKIN, Government might have to pay up to RM1B in compensation (https://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2019/02/09/skin-revival-on-the-cards/). However, KWAP has proposed to cut the cost of the project to RM2.89 billion. The Government can't be so stupid to cancel it, right? I am quite sanguine about Presbhd.

SKIN project is in the pipeline but not sure who will get the job. The gov has on going tender for the project as stated in various companies AR. With the reduced cost by Prestariang, who knows they might get back the project?

Obviously Prestariang is not aware of the revival, cause its KWAP’s statement who said it would propose a lower cost if it can be revived. KWAP being a major shareholder, has a say in it too. Later after Pres knows about KWAP’s intention, then they announce again. Market manipulation la all this.

So many posts until midnight also posting. Seems like many worry in hesrt. Actually my sifu said, this type of response to Bursa is normal. Even they knew, they will still say no, because there's no material confirmed, so they cannot simply admit. For this case, Presbhd management reponded to Bursa not "the major stakeholder". Thus nothing wrong.
But again, market is very sentimental, and many new players. So my sifu expect today will have selling pressure in the morning and rebound after that supported by old folks who experienced this situation.
Actually 如鱼得水 is correct, both way also make money to Presbhd because resources injected and progress. If you are running a company, would you ask for compensation if project terminated in that situation? And will you give your design and content to 3rd party?
Anyway, i just had 10,000 shares, i have no worry. May be those contra will worry. But i think 90% of contra players had sold off unless they buy back near closing.
Investor, seat back and will get paid off. If today drop, i will buy a bit again since i bought at 0.5x yesterday.
Let's see whether how market react later. I bet green closing today.
