market cap 8.2bil. if they sold their 20% healthcare stake at 1bil to private funds. means healthcare business itself is worth 5bil. so the rest of sunway business only work 3.2bil? seems very undervalued

If the SHH deal is successful. The Potential fair value for SHH should be far more than 5Bn. Otherwise no strategic investor would like to invest at non listing company with so high PE.

I believe 1.95 should be a short term TP. Sunway definitely is worth more than 2.00 and above.

Today, short selling was 1.3mil shares. In the last 10 minutes, 16mil shares were traded. I can think of two scenarios:

1) An agreement was done between two parties to trade share at 1.54.
2) Someone tried to bring down the average closing price by throwing large amount at 1.54. Someone else called his bluff and bought the entire portion of it.

Is this panic selling? No. Why no? Because if it was panic selling, it would have happened throughout the day. This is something else.
