samk and we dont need to pay capital gain tax from Reits... its better to sell your house and buy Reits..i recommend to divide it to 3 ... Sunreit IGBreit and Pavreit... you need to queue for 6-7 years to rent a shop in these malls... 99 percent full all the time

risk is very low for REITs if the market crash.. all the big malls like Pavilion Mid Valley and Sunway will still have good business... no shop is vacant and the waiting list is 5-7 years if u want to rent a shop at these malls ...

Elite Pavilion Mall can be performing well compared with DAMEN and Intermark mall. Elite PV should be on the same level of profit margin with pavilion mall because they're just next door and link together, if you ask me, that could be good to bring up the value and % of PAVREIT as a whole.

8/2 is the Ex date based on todays closing price 1.45 - 1.46 it will be a very attractive price point to buy

No need. Will auto-credit your account if you signed up for e-dividend. Otherwise, cheque will be sent to your mailing address.

Not sure, but if there is no selldown, I wouldn't have the chance to accumulate shares in Pavilion Mall. This is a good buy, I reckon, with so many people visiting it everyday.

people asked me to run Gpacket and I had sold all at average 0.50 since last week till yesterday.
I need to park somewhere with the proceeds. So I found PAVREIT and bought some yesterday. Any idea how far can it goes down?
