This G made many U Turn. Latest U Turn is ECRL. Unfortunately, Mabel has already sold off one of my Property Company when the Government decided to go for Plan B. This is really a costly business for any investor..

Fortunately Mabel Techs and Plantation selections are helping to cushion the blow from all these U turns..

If there is negotiation with Sabah & Pahang for the remaining 5 %, then there should be another round of mandatory takeover offer with this new negotiated price. They are suppose to have off-loaded the excess over 25% after the failure not keep buying. What is Bursa doing?

others now brimming with cash will also follow Mhc plant giving out dividend

Thplant and Bplant after paring down debt will resume good dividend times

Above and over all will be the giving out of free bonus and free warrants

I remember long ago Dr Neoh Soon Kean telling about Austral enterprise giving free bonus and the expected price surge

I know nothing then about Bonus issue that will spark price rise in Austral enterprise then but I just bought and hold on to Austral Enterprise for many many months just waiting and waiting

Finally Austral Enterprise gave out bonus and price spiked up

I sold for a good profit on good news

Austral Enterprise was later taken private

So I think as good earning times return to palm oil all will later

1. declare good dividends

2. give free bonus

3. free warrants

Palm oil being a Cash crop all surplus cash could be used for investment like

1. TDM Investing in hospitals

2. Bplant buying more plantation lands in East Malaysia

3. Fgv investing in sugar plantation and rubber and going downstream making Saji oil

4. Mhc plant investing in shares of Cepatwawasan to be top holder

5. Some Darby plant converting palm oil to housing like Sime Darby property

6. IOI turn Puchong IOI Mall. Genting got Johor Premium Outlet

7. Kulim turning 2 oil palm estates into Thriving Townships in Pengerang

Or Give Out CASH as palm oil is a Cash Crop
