For one thing. He has lots of experience in Plantation which is good.

Remember, Felda was doing extremely well before they privatize it..

So for me I view this as positive.

Better than taking anyone who does not Plantation.

For instance, I would prefer taking Strattegist as my dance partner who knows how to dance instead of taking DickyMe who only knows how to whistle...
