Yayasan Veteran Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) dengan kerjasama Pasukhas Development Sdn. Bhd bakal mendapat pulangan wang tunai sebanyak RM2 juta dan beberapa manfaat lain hasil daripada projek pembangunan atas tanah lot 2008.

“Yayasan veteran ATM turut dianggarkan bakal menerima bayaran itu secara ansuran sebanyak RM500,000 setahun dalam tempoh empat tahun serta 25 tempat letak kereta.

Pemegang taruh turut mendapat pulangan seperti 58,000 kaki persegi ruang pejabat untuk disewakan, 3,000 kaki persegi pejabat yayasan dan dewan serbaguna untuk 420 orang.” kata Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

ATM turut dijangka mendapat pendapatan kasar berjumlah RM3 juta setahun melalui sewaan pejabat dan dewan serbaguna.
“Kawasan projek pembinaan bangunan ini adalah kawasan yang sangat strategik. Ia juga mesra perniagaan dengan adanya sokongan infra yang boleh menghubungkan lokasi perniagaan dengan pusat beli-belah, hotel bertaraf antarabangsa, pusat konvensyen terkemuka dan juga perkhidmatan perubatan berdekatan.”

Tambah beliau lagi, persekitaran projek itu dilihat menarik kerana kawasan riadah yang sememangnya terkenal di Malaysia pasti menarik perhatian pembeli. Projek ini akan memberi pulangan yang baik kepada yayasan dan menjadi kemegahan buat veteran ATM.

Projek Yayasan Veteran ATM merupakan projek pembinaan bangunan 51 tingkat berkonsepkan pembangunan bercampur yang akan mengandungi ruang pejabat, kawasan komersil dan kawasan kediaman di atas tanah lot 2008.

Projek tersebut menelan kos belanja keseluruhan berjumlah RM250 juta dan dijangka siap pada akhir tahun 2023.

Dalam pada itu, Ismail Sabri turut menzahirkan penghargaan kepada Yayasan Veteran ATM kerana berusaha merealisasikan impian itu dengan hasrat mencipta pelaburan baharu demi masa depan lebih sempurna khusus untuk veteran ATM.

I just think those selling will be those cutting loss instead of trying to said this is contra. Anyway, I agreed there is a chance for this to fly as high risk high gain but also high loss possibility, this is the fun of penny stock lol, earning a fortune if you have great eye sight or insider news to buy and throw.....
