Pursuant to Rule 9.19 (51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Pasukhas wishes to announce that the Company had made an offer of options on 29 December 2021 to eligible persons to subscribe for new shares in the Company under the Company’s ESOS.

if u have rm1.7mil+ u can do so, and rub shoulder with keluarga KIM of LKL


NOSH: 1,389 Million x 0.025 x 5% = RM1.7mil+ only

Some friends suggested to acquire 5% of total equity of pasukhas, ask for a seat in the board of directors, get director fee and can retire already while waiting for the share price to rebound

Secara purata, NTA masih >30sen ++ selepas PP 20% kpd keluarga LIM..

Undervalue is based on earning of the company, if company earning 100 million each year but in penny stock territory then this is undervalue, if a company not earning, means there is no profit, no profit means no dividend, no future......
