Agree with u..but...something is brewing since why offer shares to bumiputra investor? Must be something related with contract?? Anyway just hold for sometime..price not to expensive ..good luck

@zulmuiz, offer to bumi investor to comply with listing requirements..but seems like they purposely push down the share price so it is unattractive to bumi investor..you can see by their announcement that only 2.8mil out of 116mil shares were subscribed..maybe now they want to push it back up...

创合集团发文告表示，根据和解协议，除了Emerald资本将支付227万9500令吉和解金外，旗下子公司——创合私人有限公司（PSB）也将负责修复前者霹雳州公寓项目其余141个单位的瑕疵，并承诺以177万9500令吉购买D'Festivo Residence的2个住宅单位，而这笔款项将从Emerald资本的和解金中扣除。

创合集团是在2017年1月向Emerald资本发出索款通知书，以追讨霹雳州公寓发展项目的829万3657令吉欠款。
