Dsonic Monday limit up!

Previously all project given out by Minister of Home Affairs which is under Muhyiddin department, and price has been rocket up during this two year time. Now finally confirm its Muhyiddin as Prime Minister, so we see direct benefited stock is Dsonic! Go back RM 1.70 at least since good result! Rhb research latest Target Price RM 1.98.

Zahid which previously probed having bribery issue with DATASONIC, now we can see DSONIC to be biggest winner after Muhyiddin win as both Bersatu and Umno are DATASONIC"s people.

一个投资者的表现，并不完全取决于个人知识、技术、策略等主体的内在因素，事实上还有许多非市场的、偶然的事件。不要天真地指望有一个理想的、完美的交易环境。

曾经有好几次，个人在股票交易中方向判断准确，行动也非常漂亮，结果却没有赚到钱。渐渐的，从中体会到一件事情。股票投资不要太过于执着、不要太看重一时一地的得失，要以一种游戏的态度来看待，心平气和方能走得更远。

回到Datasonic，从技术、素质和执行能力来判断，肯定是本地最具实力的企业之一。本地IC替换供应减少，说明芯片素质非常好。曾经为政府节省超过RM300m的开销。在NIIS的竞标过程，也处于有利的位置，毕竟正为政府管理Auto Gate。Auto Gate是NIIS项目内重要的元素之一。

从最新业绩来看，营业额和盈利皆写下2年新高。财务水平获得大幅度改善，而今年派息也高于去年，整体上几乎无可挑剔。个人对下个业绩再创新高，是非常有信心的。

然而，其股价周二突然在1小时内大跌30%，杀个措手不及。管理层之后要求交易所暂停该股的卖空机制，并要求作出调查。为了扶盘，公司在3天内回购900万股，以避免进一步抛压。持有者的心态严重受到影响，不解为何会出现这样的情况。

这有可能是政变因素，也有可能纯粹是人为因素，这方面真的无法确认。市场最不喜欢的就是不确定，政变有可能导致原先计划在4月公布的合约出现变数，有可能即将到手的合约易主，也有可能合约再延迟一段时间。总之，市场非常敏感，对任何风吹草动都快速作出反应。

目前，Datasonic筹码已经散乱，持股者也失去信心，不过基本面依然稳健。

第8任首相Muhyiddin已经确认上位，市场再次传出“概念股”的主题，预计明天会迎来一波涨势。

要明智，怀抱最好的愿望，做最坏的打算，这才能心平气和地承受任何后果。

以下最新业绩点评：

全部盈利来自核心盈利，没有一次性的收益，而且累积Q1-Q3所创造的营运现金流已达RM146m。这说明业绩并非账面上“好看”而已，大部分已经拿到钱进账。

按年对比，手上现金和短期投资从RM37m增加至RM118m，而贷款债务从RM136m减少至RM103m，显示出财务实力获得显著的改善。

此外，税前赚幅从19%提升至29%，归因于原料采购效率的改善。简短而言就是在成本控制上做得非常好。

与此同时也宣布派发每股1仙股息，累积Q1-Q3已达每股2.5仙，高于去年同期的2仙。

截至去年12月底，手握总值RM611m的合约，预计可维持2-3年。管理层谨慎乐观看待今年业绩将好过去年。

个人观点，最新业绩写下2年新高，财务水平获得显著改善，管理层在近日继续追加逢低买入，无论从哪一个角度看，都是非常正面。
