I read sometime back that the gov will award the contract to a few companies due to the size of the award. Putting all eggs into one company will be a risk. They may be smarter. My thoughts only.

Kemungkinan Datasonic akan dapat projek ini. Heitech pernah menjadi kontraktor utk projek myimms. Projek dibawah kdn(imigresen) dan sudah tentu kdn mempunyai banyak pengalaman dengan Heitech . Sudah tentu juga kdn ingin mencuba sesuatu yang baru . Kemungkinan projek ini akan diselenggara oleh satu syarikat sahaja kerana jika banyak penglibatan dalam 1 sistem , ia akan lebih membawa kepada mudahnya berlaku pengodaman dalam sistem Niis nanti .

Now is accumulation phase.. thats why the price is not moving much..
Once the accumulation is done by operator/banker.. the price will shot up!

The son is much undervalued now... on 19/12/19 when the mother was trading at 1.18 the son already 0.58..

Now mother trading at 1.23 but the son only 0.495.. good bargain price to enter and wait for boom! :)

I think NIIS will be a big pie to be shared among a few companies, such as dsonic, htpadu etc, just my humble opinion
