lazy and sefio, IGBreit not yet announce dividend, normally will announce by July. If you invest before "ex date" you entitle for the dividend.

IGBREITS is due to declare semi-annual income for unit holder next week. Based on Q1 distributable fund of 2.2sen, and if Q2 record similar profit, the income could likely range between 4-4.4sen, a whopping more than 10% increment than last corresponding year.

swap coz CMMT already rebound 10sen from its low 1.29. CMMT just ex. IGB only rebonud 2sen from its low 1.28. IGBREIT going to announce results + dividend. Think more upside for IGBREIT (short term)

IGBREITS have state VERY CLEARLY in its last Q1 result, it intend to distribute 100% payout these year and the amount distributable income for Q1 already at 2.29 sen, therefore if upcoming Q2 result also can record same amount of profit, the Total distributable income for half year will be 2.29 sen + 2.29sen= 4.58sen or yield 3.5%, then annualized yield will be 7%, the HIGHEST Yield among retail REITS

hng33, if ur prediction is correct, dont think d price still sluggish at Rm1.3 (strong seller at RM1.3). Those sellers are much more smarter than us here.

Seller is smarter than buyer !? .....seller that sell at 1.30 is smarter than those buyer absorb thier share at 1.30 !?.....or more specifically, seller is smarter than buyer Robert Tan, EPF and retail buyer here !? What If IGBREITS share later up in response to much higher DPU payout, what you going to say then?? Are you going to change mind later that buyer today at 1.30 is smater than seller 1.30 ???

My estimation is based on IGBREITS Q1 2015 result, which alrdy state clearly, the distributable income, DPU is 2.29 sen, a whopping 21% increase than immediate previous Q4 2014result, DPU at 1.89sen and the increase is 19% if compared to corresponding Q1 2014 result, DPU at 1.93 sen. Therefore, it is solid to estimate upcoming Q2 result will deliver about similar DPU, give rise to estimation 4.4 sen to 4.6 sen range

Target price for REITS is closely link to the yield.

If the benchmark yield is 6%, than IGBREITS with 8.8sen -9.2sen will have RM 1.46-1.53.

If market need more higher return, increase benchmark to 6.5% yield, then IGBREITS will have RM 1.35-1.41
