hi qwerty, not sure you ever watched/checked WEIDA? It was up 25% from 1.60+ end-Jun till mid Aug 2.00+, now after qreport, price dropped 1.70-1.80 level
Wow! Did not notice BONIA drop below my tolerance RM 1.20. qwerty, why would a financially good company suffer sudden drop? PADINI dropped but recovered. BONIA need more time? YINSON going higher and higher.
Qwerty apologies for silly Q. When u say mulpha is trading at a price to earning of 18.73 times means we take current market price x shares available vs the earnings amt?
PE is a very technical question and you will need to know all the other terms on how to derive to a PE. After telling all about them, probably you will see stars and moons...... but I will be SAP (simple as possible)
Qwerty, IFCA overheated. Reference to i3 stck technical, EMA still in green. How do I read i3 technical indicators? If 10, 20, 30 EMA in green, means potential to break new high?
IC. my understand is PE is consider healthy if it is below 10 in general. but undersatnd there shd be many other factors to consider b4 deciding to buy, hold or sell.
Hi qwerty, is this the one http://www.straitsindex.com/en/winchart.asp "qwerty I hv not used i3 b4, so i can't advise u, but u can try to learn it up from there. use more time to venture into it. Im using winchart. 05/09/2014 10:13"
this is just a portion where every serious investor must have. Not necessary to use winchart but can be done by using any other relevant stock charts. the interpretation is the same but the setup may be different. one must get use to the chart design.
SKP RES - ok PMETAL - ok PJD* - ok ZELAN - ok LB Alum - ok MULPHA - weakening PRIVA - ok, may rise next week as chart indicators begins to firm up SUMATEC - ok rebounded back from the dead. may rise next week GLOTEC - ok. looks like preparing for the next leg uptrend
Hi qwerty, from what i study recently (just beginning) got somethings no much clear, PMetal and LBAlum's business, P/L is good, aluminium pricing rising and they are uptrend and ready to rise more (100% Agree). But for glotec i don't know why because their business is not doing well at now, and this counter sleep for almost 2 years ago, recently from 0.06 rise to 0.1 due to oil and gas sector. Can you advise more on glotec? Thanks.
All, let's everyone of us start practising "we own our investment strategy, enter/exit plan". I feel sorry if I look at my past questions to our friend QWERTY, and he still kind to reply us. Here is the fact that he may not knowing what's the highest/lowest price for each counter. We are the ones should know how much we earn enough/set selling price.
What we need to learn from him, by asking questions, if to learn how to fishing, not asking where to fish, which lake/sea got fishes, hehehe.. no offend to anyone, just my thought.
ppginvest , yes, I do agree. My question always to qwerty is only for TA because I am a fundamental investor and have never used chart as a guideline. What I want to learn from qwerty is I would like to combine my skill and experience with his TA to make my investment more accurate on timing. Advice given by him is only for reference but not a call to buy or sell. Every strategy does have its strength and weakness. It all depends on your investment objective.
hi uchitech008, knowing you have been staying with MULPHA till now, you sure will get handsome winning for your strong belief in it still. I have let it go, coming to LBALUM, but this company really torturing me, if I bought in PMETAL, sure winning gao gao now.
hi ppginvest, yes, I strongly believe mulpha is an undervalued stock which is in asset play. I have categorised my investment into few categories like dividend, growth, high NTA etc to match my investment objectives. I dare not say i earn the most but at least much better than FD rate or ASM, wawasan 2020. Most of my stocks are cyclical stock play which I am able to hold it patiently and wait for its rebound.
Hi ppginvest, in a way I do agree with you although sometimes i asked silly questions. :( I really appreciate wholeheartedly the unselfish guidance qwerty provided to all of us & is especially crucial for a freshie like me . However, we sometimes ask if its good to collect or let go is to tap on Qwerty's expertise in looking at charts. still learning and need to verify what we see/ learn is correct. We definately do not want to go in when it is overheated. as for our LBALUM, i'm really torn too... really slow counter..and stuck with it. Good luck to us! Luckily i have some Pmetal WC.(consolation prize). need to decide on the conversion to mother now that the annoucement is out...
Uchitech... looks like we will be in the mulpha boat for sometime. Can i ask abt the annoucement shared earlier on mulpha page- 8% loan interest, can pls explain further? how does impact us? TIA
Lastly, Qwerty, TQ! another Q, when you say RSI 80% is overheated, is it looking at the chart for 1 month, 7 days or intraday's?
