end June suppose to annual report and issue call for AGM...looks like this will not happen..
as tings are I wou;ld think EGM comes first...

one of their director is ex-ROC Oil guy...so I believ this is good time to buy

I believe for this two weeks , the Syndicate will play around the price for upward . If not , the Management team how to prove the confidence to the shareholders to support it . So , their will sustainable the prices up .
