Business wise: Cliq has nothing to do with OGL. They only have a common shareholder.

CLIQ is the 2nd SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company)and has 3 years to identify a qualifying asset (QA) in the Exploration and Production (E&P) segment of the O&G value chain. So Cliq is totally difference with others bisnes plan for O&G counter.
