Fair value for the mother is 67.5 sen. You will get this back if within 3 years if they couldnt get hold of any qualifying assets or you vote in EGM against the qualifying assets and you will get 67.5sen within 7 days.

As for now, it still speculative until a qualifying asset is found. Rather wait until it is around 60sen for the mother.

i wonder whether insiders who know beforehand the not good quarterly reportof KNM has been pushing up its price before result release so as to earn a bundle knowing high probability the price will slide once the result is out. maybe slide back to below 0.50 cents???

based on SPAC counter ant it peers HIBISCUS cliq is considered undervalued and with its line of team management and BOD with vast experience CLIQ will be outperform in years to come.With forward project to be announce soon i guess the price will fluctuate between 500 to 520.Once major announcement is out price will definetely hit across 600.
