better dun use the toilets at AAX

someone might break down toilet door

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 20): AirAsia X Bhd has lost the RM95.33 million or US$22.98 million suit brought against it in the UK by BOC Aviation Ltd (BOCA), over an alleged breach of contract involving aircraft leasing.
In a statement , AAX said it, together with its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary AAX Leasing Two Ltd, received a sealed copy of the order, dated Nov 6, that was made by the High Court of Justice in the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales.
It said the court has granted BOCA a summary judgment in the case against AAX and AAX Leasing Two, and that they have to pay US$23.78 million (RM97.31 million) to BOCA, comprising BOCA's claimed sum of US$22.98 million (inclusive of interest up to June 30) and US$401,386.85 as interest owed.
They also have to pay a post-judgment interest on the award, and £75,000 as costs to BOCA.

Is this company solvent? If it is insolvent like all the news reports over the months, then what is Bursa doing? Shouldn't they put a halt to their trading until they can proof that they are solvent. Also shouldn't the SC also be doing it's job? A lot more investors are going to get trapped even deeper unless they are the ones who have & are prepared to write it off.

By SC company law the Directors of a company cannot allow a company to operate if it is insolvent. They can be personally liable. So are they INSOLVENT?

I am just stating a fact about "INSOLVENCY". It is the same in any company law anywhere in the world. Don't take my comments to personally. Take it with a pinch of table salt as the saying goes. newinvestor17, I made descend money from 4.5 cents to 7cents. This counter did not disappoint me. Yes, in conjunction to the ongoing crisis, there’s a lot to say, especially those got trap higher pre Covid. Let’s see what the directors and key shareholders have to say. They have much higher stake and would not let this go easily either.
