QA stands for Qualifying Asset . QA is assets or companies that will be acquired by sona to start business. Sona should get the approval of shareholders for this QA.

Some people misunderstand IPO issuance of SONA and SONA-WA.. Some cash IPO will wait more...and some loan applicants will make sure SONA+SONA-WA is above 50sens to get some margin, or else they will be deem margin call. It looks like SONA and SONA-WA wont go below 50sens offering, and I bet some IPO holders have sold their SONA-WA and buy it at lower price to new greater heights...

Again, the vibes on SONA is totally different from other 2 SPAC... i cant described it... but the vibes are GOOD!

Uh uh uh..seems like we have ppl not so confident in sona... Ok ok let me explain... Since oil & gas is very demanding.. I don't see why Sona can't grow..there is always an old Chinese says 3 gobblers always smarter than zhu ge liang.. Well now we look into this sona 3 main directors.. Hadian, mr ang moh and power girl...this 3 really makes perfect combination. They are well experience in this field.. Plus with lady control the financial.. As we know lady no cincai in financial.. I believe they will invest our money wisely...

Look at hibiscus.... They re much smaller than sona.. Management all so so.. Not as
Good as sona... And yet their warrant now so high... Now sona wa at 0.27 real dirt cheap even if it is 0.45 still super cheap... Estimated TP is 0.90 to 1.20 in mid term investment.
