Mother share now = 33 cts ......... Warrant = 17 +33 = 50 cts warrant therefore is OUT .with this formula, i cannot imaging how it can ever be IN the money.Warrant price increase in tandem with mother and always,perform better.So come 2018, better to sell ? Still 4plus years to go..

To me, the opportunity is there just glaring at my face. Instaco being sold down so heavily due to what? Directors selling their warrants. And this happened to so many companies where directors immediately sell off their free warrants just to make some small profits. And speculators punished this company so badly for such a small issue.

At this price, the company is deeply undevalued as compared to its rival OCK. If this is not the right time to add in more shares to Instaco, I really don't know when. Probably people will only panic buy when they see this counter fly higher after it switched to Mainboard.

Yes and a lot (when major shareholders sold their warrants)...and you can ignore these rumors by the way.
Facts and figures pointing to Instaco is slowing down?
None so far, perhaps end of Feb will reveal more.

Even if the slowdown of China affects the market sentiment (forcing people to panic sell Instaco) will only do harm to the market price (**touch wood) but NOT its intrinsic value. Instaco is not a company from China and its business/business model/business nature has nothing much to do with China market, from what I know so far.

I do not know when it will fly or how high it will fly but you have some SPARE CASH and PATIENCE to invest into some growth stocks, Instaco can be taken into consideration.
