The stock price will plunge below 3.00 and then it is a good time to buy. In the first few days during the post-IPO period, people tend to be crazy to chase the peak. Soon or later, the price will reverse back to its rational acceptable level and I think it would be around 2.90-3.00.Brokerage firms' target prices are not reliable as they may be too optimistic being an underwriter. Think twice before you decide to get in now.

Normally post-IPO retailers will be selling like mad. Yes there was heavy selling early morning slowly tapering towards late afternoon indicating most of retailers has been "flushed out"
Cornerstone still holding their stake. O&G Counters are overwight. Come Monday I don't think selling pressure will be as great as today. Rm 3 is no longer easily reached but another attempt to break resistance Rm 3.20 in the making.... See you @ TP 3.36 ? Have a good weekend everybody.

No dividend policy for the time being money use for reinvestment and expansion. Very long term play. Better buy Westport also recently listed with dividend policy 70%.

Semua org harap harga UMWOG jatuh sehingga harga IPO.Tetapi berdasarkan keadaan semasa kemungkinan agak sukar sbb bilangan saham di pasaran agak terhad. Yg ada pun adalah di klg pelabur MITI, pelabur runcit serta pekerja UMWOG serta UMW. UMWOG sudah kena cornered dan tunggu masa utk terbang!

mmmmm....I think let's wait for price to stabilize first....then decide...If I read the movement correctly, UMW O & G is a yield stock.... so cornerstone investors might approach it differently......Cornerstone will keep whatever they have for now....and will accumulate if there is any market correction.......good for long term....Just my one sen opinion.....

Westport is a yield stock but not the same as GasM because GasM is still growing from time to time. UMWoil is a growth stock but not as robust as IHH. IHH ada operations di Turki, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong...Hari2 ada orang kaya sakit mah. Jadi Westport susah naik sebanyak GasM dan UMWoil susah naik tinggi macam IHH.

Market has to mob up the xcess shares from weak shareholders, then will go up. The same thing happened to GasM, many sold at rm2.6 and rm2.7 because fed-up with this counter. Eventually, it performs better than IHH (supposed to be growth stock)...capital gain of 90% just above one year.
