It appears she has U-turn to uptrend. It is really a steal at this current price of 0.355 consider her peak was trading @4.52 high 5 years ago. Many insiders were acquired her shares in big wave. If it can go up by 2 times of its peak price, many will be laughing to the bank.

Velesto Energy Bhd is aiming for a turnaround by the end of this year based on its projection of better utilisation rate from the recovery in the oil and gas industry, said president and executive director Rohaizad Darus.

Velesto narrowed its losses from RM1.18 billion for the year ended 31 December 2016 to RM20.44 million for the year ended 31 December 2018.

VELESTO Energy Bhd’s latest drilling contract is expected to help the company achieve its 80% utilisation target while providing earnings visibility for the year.

The upstream oil and gas drilling service provider secured a US$8 million (RM33.5 million) contract from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd via its indirect wholly owned unit, Velesto Drilling Sdn Bhd.

Expected to commence in the third quarter of this year (3Q19), the contract is to drill two firm wells whereby the group will assign its Naga 7 drilling rig for the works.

Yup, they improved the utilisation from last year 60% to 80 %. That’s big improvement
