EdenofSaudi has a point. They did consider the underlying risks but just that. Velesto has 2.1b order book compare to 0.4b the year before. And look at their net profit. These investment banks are jokes. Im raising my TP to 0.25 from 0.2 a week ago

Petronas won't cut production so fast since oil price recover now. They will sit and wait see if oil price continue climbing up. Cut production now meaning next few months income loss for them.. Aminvest think Jack up drilling rig no need time to find the best spot and survey and recruit team.. and deploy? Not to mention sign up a deal with Velesto and the time in between.
