Technical charts show that VELESTO Energy (VELESTO, 5243, main board energy) is brewing a U-shaped rebound trend, indicating a strong upward trend in the stock price.

If the stock strongly breaks through the support level of 25 sen, it will stimulate the stock to move further towards the levels of 28 sen, 30 sen and 31 sen. However, once the stock price falls back to 22 sen, investors are advised to stop losses in time.

In terms of fundamentals, VELESTO Energy's net profit in the third quarter of fiscal year 2023 fell 92% year-on-year to RM1.2 million, mainly due to the maintenance of four fleets respectively and the utilization rate of JU drilling rigs falling from 88% to 60%.

However, with all JU drilling fleets starting to operate at full speed in the last quarter, and with negotiations with Petronas to increase the daily charter rate (DCR), the company's net profit will rebound significantly in fiscal 2024, based on a profit of RM36.1 million per quarter101 %.

Alot of Language manipulation by Bankers analyst ( also mangement ??) on last Qr reports. The truth is Velesto makes 70million (plus, plus last Qr ) But management Reduced Short Term Loan by 70mil. You can Check
results----You cannot reduce Loan amount unless you pay Back to Banks
I think management is in cohort with Bankers to make alot money this Qr ( coming ) Bcos PNB owe Bankers
alot money ( Going to get HairCut from Sapura Deal )----Bankers and Politicians have same moral principle
They are out to make money

I think Management will release results before CNY24 if results is very Good. For sure this Qr. Management
is not reducing short term Loan.....Since all Rigs are running with Higher efficiency (89%) plus Higher
Day Rate ( atleast 10% more than last Qr )----Higher Day Rate plus Higher efficiency should Cover All
Expenses--------Clean RM70mil profit on Table ( higher than MayBank estimate RM50m bcos they are conservative and has a Reputation to Protect -----Not me )

Eight years downtrend washed majority resistance, so this is either a U upwards curve or L shape curve if

This is a Bursa energy services company that was only profitable in 3 out of the past decade. The last positive ROE was in 2019 but it was only a breakeven performance with 1.2 % ROE.
