No need to include warrants in share price calculation. It is free and act as bonus to subscribe RI. Lets say you have 10000 shares now. You will need to subscribe 28000 RI (RM8,400) to get 7000 warrants for free. Total shares then become 38000 (with adjusted price) + 7000 warrants. Then depend on warrant price, that's your bonus

Oil price cap at US$55 max will not helps O&G to recover in few years time. The Russia and Saudi may want higher price as they need the money. It seems that Saudi is planning (or foolishly thinking) war with Iran. Maybe to shock the oil market?
