UMWOG upcoming warrant have 7 year lifespan, exercise price at 39.5sen. Assuming premium for penny stock conservative at 35% and leverage 6.5x, warrant fair value should trade about 5 sen upon listing.

yes, 35% premium is conservative but if base on mother at 30sen, it is about 2sen of warrant.

5sen of warrant is about 48% prem. which i think is a general rate...

OPEC sees higher oil demand, signs of tighter market

LONDON (Sept 12): OPEC on Tuesday forecast higher demand for its oil in 2018 and pointed to signs of a tighter global market, indicating its production-cutting deal with non-member countries is helping to tackle a supply glut that has weighed on prices.

In a monthly report, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries said the world would need 32.83 million barrels per day (bpd) of OPEC crude next year, up 410,000 bpd from its previous forecast.

OPEC said inventories were falling and that an increase in the price of Brent crude for immediate delivery to a premium over that for later supplies, known as backwardation, raised hopes that a long-awaited market rebalancing was under way.

"This is due to the shooting up of demand for prompt-loading barrels and amid increasing sentiment that the oil market will rebalance over the next year with a major drawdown in crude and product stocks," OPEC said in the report.

"This first stirring of backwardation since oil prices were above US$100 a barrel is seen as a sign of tightening supplies and strong demand."

Oil last traded above US$100 a barrel in 2014, the year in which prices began to slide due to excess supply. Crude extended gains after the release of Tuesday's report, although at about US$54, it is still half the 2014 level.

In a deal aimed at clearing the glut, OPEC is curbing output by about 1.2 million bpd, while Russia and other non-OPEC producers are cutting half as much, until March 2018.

OPEC said inventories in developed economies declined by 18.7 million barrels in July to 3.002 billion barrels, 195 million barrels above the five-year average.

I have 40 lots at average 1.2 = rm 48k.

Careful. Some promoters have been calling for a buy since 80 sen. Now 30 sen, so buy some more to average down? These promoters went to the extent of deleting their previous posts when the share price down further.

these promoters their modus operandi are the same all the time ...

1) buy first
2) then aggresive promotion (until the bird on the tree branch can also fly down and land on their palm)
3) quickly sell when price goes up (some cases only 2-3 sens up also sell)
4) trapping all the unfortunate & uneducated old uncles & aunties

then move to another counter & repeats the same actions again over and over again
