Vincent Than: Bonus Issue are issued by companies to increase share's liquidity in market. After bonus issue, price will looks 'cheaper' and will lure more investors as it's more 'affordable'. However it had no influence on the fundamental.

FYI it is not priced at RM0.25. 25 cents is the par value of this company. It serves no real function unless there are split / consolidation of shares.

Vincent,i m in very good mood so i show u.I have 20,000 units.If the price before the x date for bonus is say 4.00 then calculation as follows:
20,000 times 4 then divide by 30,000 = 2.66.
So the price for the enlarged capital share is 2.66.

ya,and 25 sen par value is not necessarily good or bad,it is how much each share's earnings is that counts ie eps (earnings per share).
