BERJAYA AUTO BERHAD



Bonus issue of up to 325,903,200 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Berjaya Auto Berhad ("BAuto") ("BAuto Shares") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of two (2) bonus shares for every five (5) BAuto Shares held.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 23 Jun 2015
2) The last date of lodgment : 25 Jun 2015
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
a) Selling Broker to deduct <2/7>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
b) Buying Broker to deduct <28.57%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/7>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1): "Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 26 June 2015 with bonus issue of BJAUTO shares of RM0.50 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive BJAUTO bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his BJAUTO shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (23 June 2015).

For example, if Mr X purchases 500 BJAUTO shares on cum basis on 22 June 2015, Mr X should receive 500 shares on 25 June 2015. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 700 BJAUTO shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 25 June 2015 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 700 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 23 June 2015 onwards."

Remarks 2): The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be 26 June 2015, being the next market day following the entitlement date. The share registrar of BAuto will issue and dispatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders of BAuto by 2 July 2015. This announcement is dated 9 June 2015.

this bonus issue dont really give'bonus' to us. The price consolidate and profit unchanged. But favor us when payment of dividend coz we hold more units of share

teachnically bonus issue or share split doesn't increase the share base or value of the stock, It merely create "more shares" so that i) cheaper for new investors to invest ii) increase the liquidity of the stock

yeah, cheaper, i was conned as did not knowing it was actually split before in. thought was a bargain. can gain 50% to 70% easily.

Now instead of gain, keeps dropping.

im start buying bjauto since the price was about 2.50.. and im still believe bjauto have a bright future..
report from paultan shown impressive sales figure on mei15 and i believe it was from mazda 3 ckd sales, which are rival to civic and altis in term of technology and price.

几乎每个财务报告都很美!
又有股息(算不错了)!
可说是其他 peers @同行都不如成功汽车!
上市不到2年，就作Bonus Issue (有那只股像它这样！)
就算SimeDarby 旗下汽车业务上市也不如他@成功汽车！
公积金局对他爱不惜手呢！(Bonus issue 后差别不太大因为是买5送2
如同制作机会让更多，更大投资者走入成功汽车.)

如果是1：1 Bonus Issue 股价就会拿久时间上回原价


预计：这个7月里，股价将会跑回 RM3 ++多!
