seem like for the last 2 months those have insider info already bought the shares.. can see from the last 2 months the price below 1.50 to now almost 1.80.. already up 20%.. the proposal most likely after the div which is ex in Dec.. so still have time to accumulate if price drop..

not that i know him, i do not know him personally, but was told he is big operator in town, as few remisiers from kenanga told me his story. so based on my analysis, his modus operandi, remain same, trap retails after corner stock and do exercise to make stock look cheap , then distribute.
