There are over 170 countries in covax agreement but only 2 phase III vaccines are participating in it. In other words, Malaysia will still rely more on vaccines from Sinopharm, China for better supply quantity and also better pricing.

It’ll be better pricing if Titijaya Medical can set up the purpose built medical base here in Malaysia partnering with Sinopharm as this will help to increase the production capacity. Go and read the agreement Titijaya sign with Sinopharm.

Strategic Collaboration Agreement I

TRSB and SMEQ shall be exclusively responsible and to develop the New Business as set out in the Strategic Collaboration Agreement I in their specified territory as follows:-

TRSB: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia SMEQ: China

(i) TRSB's responsibility and contribution
TRSB shall be responsible in the area of medical related real estate by providing infrastructures, land and facilities for the medical operators recommended by Sinopharm Group or SMEQ pertaining to the New Business.

(ii) SMEQ's responsibility and contribution
SMEQ undertakes to supply the medical and hospital equipment and products under the New Business as set out in the Strategic Collaboration Agreement I.

Strategic Collaboration Agreement II

(i) TRSB's responsibility and contribution

TRSB undertakes to provide funding to meet the financing conditions for the construction base and be responsible for the related development and construction conditions of the construction base for the purpose of the New Business as set out in Strategic Collaboration Agreement II.

(ii) SINOMACH's responsibility and contribution

SINOMACH undertakes to assist TRSB in sourcing for funding, and to provide resources in any manners, at the construction base, for the supply of equipment, technological and technical support for the New Business.

Rodrod, based on my understanding, Kanger haven’t signed any agreement with Sinopharm... they entered agreement with a third party to hook them to Sinopharm... if no outcome before 8/10 then everything is called off...

Malaysia stock really going haywire . Every few days pennies stock make announcement of intention , plan and unfinalized agreement of glove and vaccine . And now Kanger a Bamboo factory announcing having so call proxy ? agreement to negotiate . TO NEGOTIATE also need to make announcement ?? There are many many more companies and even countries are also negotiating. Out of all , a vaccine distribution to be given to a Bamboo producer ?
Kanger Glove venture with Constellation Holding limited Dubai .A HOA (Head of agreement will expired end Sept (45 days from 14th Aug ) if incomplete acquisition of the land . Have this completed?

I will not buy this idea . Even for Titijaya , it is still a bet ,only hope may be have a small little chances, being Titijaya might able to provide facilities and a roof manufacturing plant. And having an agreement with Sinopharm. Vaccine distribution , many big hand will involve , not any pennies stock that we heard every few days making announcements of chances, intention and plan.

Titijaya has been quiet , but i do believe there should be movement of glove and medical supplies , since no other pennies stock announced they got contract to supply glove to Sinopharm yet.......

Never touch any lose making penny stock counter who try to ride on vaccine theme.

TTJY price not include vaccine yet, if included it would be much higher.
All others health care counter gone up many times higher. It is a solid company with NTA of 87 cts/share.
