Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 October 2020, 9 March 2021 and 3 May 2021 pertaining to the MOU made between the Kanger and ZP for the purpose of collaboration on the distribution of Covid-19 vaccines in Malaysia.

The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that there is still waiting for delivery schedule from supplier and no further update in relation to the MOU.

This announcement is dated 4 August 2021.

MZMZ511, you can do a favor analyse and write on SAPNRG which is possible for consolidation if the company can't recover business from oil price crash. Please write and share. I have too many lost making penny stocks to analyse.

MYEG profits and EPS still strong, should be not problem. If consolidation, the price be easy to play up with lower NOSH

@whistlebower99. I absolutely agree with your idea about the difference between the given two companies regarding to risks and FA conditions.

From my simple analysis regarding Kanger's current FA, the risks for Kanger is still low in terms of going concern factor, solvency and liquidity. The current problem is about profitability, but I think the newly acquired businesses can give more security for the profitability of the company in medium and long term.
