After consolidate , NOSH become 600mil . Property and constructions counter with NOSH 600mil at RM0.25 is cheap, if this counter is a good company. We have it to judge ourselves.

Better to monitor directors keep issuing new shares to PP, ESOS, asset acquisition to raise more fund.

If issue another 600mil shares at 10sen, that is RM60 mil easy money for the directors to utilise.

Retailer are only passenger on the stock. Look at the EGM for those attending ,vote for consolidation 7 shareholders (total 2,218,662,676 shares) . vote off (7 shareholders - probably retailers (753,681 shares). How many retailers are here ? And what are the average volume each retailer holding? 10000units, 100000units and how many have more than 1000,000 units?
Who will gain more or lost more from these exercise if price up or down. Nothing much to complain.
