Hilltop or hillslope condo owners. Beware. GLOBAL WARMING ....Mother earth now has change the pattern of rain fall. 1. Huge amount of rainfall , half year rainfall in one day 2. concentrated in a small area. 3. Short duration of few hours . Expected because it is too heavy to spread over bigger area. So 10 times heavier rainfall in a short duration, cause soil to loosen. Area where the corrupted politicians cut down trees, are the most vulnerable victims. It happen today in Brazil. Land slides after heavy rainfall kill 126 people. Condo collapse.
In Malaysia,it happen many years ago, that time not due to gobal warming. The cause was someone chopdown the trees and there was no proper drainage. The "flood water" accumulate and loosen the soil near condo area.It happen
to Ampang Tower 30 years ago.
If you see developer offer 10% return for first 5 years,RUN.
Many cases of guarantee 10% return turn out to be scam, developer use a sdn bhd ,not related to them to sign guarantee agreement. In the end, you sue the company, wasted 10 of thousand of lawyer fees, get nothing.

On 25c on Feb 8th,2022 , KANGER ex 10:1 share consolidation. Ex-price 25c
Now 3 months later it is 4.5c !!!!!
83% wipe out for those who goin at 25c
or those who buy @2.5c before 10:1 consolidation.

This FINTEC related counters, about 60 of them, are SUPER dangerous.
Why? They can drop from 26c to 1c, and @ 1c, that is NOT the bottom yet.
It can still drop to 0.05c, a drop of 20 times from1c, ,by initiating 20:1 consolidation.

This 80-90% wipe out for KANGER already happen once in 2021 when Kanger issue right 2.8b share
Guys beware of massive slaughter going on in these covid19 MOU/PP/RI/ESOS with 15 qtrs loss making companies. There are about 60 of them, all with same gang of CEO,ED, each earning millions from 5 or 6 companies.
