Looking at current Bstead share price at 83sen per share already surpassed BPlant share price at 77sen per share. It's make more sense to privatise Bplant vs Bstead Holdings. LTAT and Bstead combine shareholding already exceeded 68% of Bplant. Whereas Bstead Holdings holds or have an interest in Banks {Affin}, Naval Ship building & Defense contractor { BHIC}, Petroleum {BHP}, Properties, Leisure & Hospitality {Royal Chulan}, Industrial supplies {UAC} & not forgetting shopping malls ° they can or will encounter resistance & difficulties to privatise Bstead Holdings. Not many counter after dividend ex date, price will hold. They normally drop like shit although no fundamental change. I'm watching if BAuto price will hold or drop.
