Predict price will sustain above 60 sen till AGM and EGM June 25th Thursday in Penang. June 26th will start move up once ex-date being announce. How high the price moving up will depend on Mr. Market..but should touch 70 sen at least...

If you study detail enough. You know when they IPO time alredi qualify! Their profit qualify main board! But they choose ace first. Think is strategy. To slowly move MKT price up. Main board too many big fish, ppl seldom notice them. But if they are outstanding in ace, they can create name for themselves

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I have handled so many IPO cases in Malaysia as well as London exchange and NYSE.

There are several requirements that HHGROUP not complied with, hence, it was listed at ACE market.

Try to share with you ONE point only.
At that time of IPO application, HHGROUP not fulfilled the Profit Test under Track Record Requirement which required the applicant to achieve an aggregate Profit After Tax of at least RM20 million and a Profit After Tax of at least RM6 million for the most recent financial year.

Unfortunately, PAT of HHGROUP was about RM13,715(2011), RM12,635(2012) and RM9,892(2013). It mean the company not qualify to be listed at Main Board due to the required PAT of RM20 million.

Hi Duit, as I remember if correctly, HHGroup not a new company. They have been in business many years and grow to stage of listing.

If I remember, requirement to list is based on Revenue track record, not PAT.

IPO last year RM0.45, now 0.665. People holding till now earn great profit. I deeply believe with their continual growth esp in China, they can hit 100% within this year or next, from IPO 0.45-->0.90 or RM1
