SBC alredi has a good run pass 3yrs. Because they r involve in property I try to avoid. I do not want too high exposure in property now. See even the ego man icon recommended the so called turnaround in PR I also avoid. Ppl alredi earn money cabut then only they start to go in. Not much meat left lah. The best way to go in now to property I think is to have warrant. To hold longterm its cost lower. And u get better leverage. I personally like mahsing web. Pjdev WC. Both have great leverage. Currently the premium not high at all. So when property managed to recover down the road few yes. It investment greatly rewarded.
