@Forcepre7238 i think cannot fly yet because:

1. Amount owing to shareholder not resolved - (what happened to the said PE funding?)

2. No permanent and competent CEO to drive the business

3. Central Processing Facility has not been completed and delayed to next year (hence limited output)

4. As-is the oil wells are producing lower output, which I suspect due to lower well pressure???

Anyone can share or correct my analyses?

The Board of Directors of REB would like to update that the Mangystau Regional Court in Kazakhstan (“the Court”) had on 12 February 2021 ruled that EO had lost the appeal and was ordered to suspend its operation for two (2) months effective from the ruling date on 12 February 2021.
