All the 104,675,000 Placement Shares as announced on 20 April 2021 have been fully subscribed by investors, including institutional investors, on behalf of their clients and investment funds, such as PHEIM Asset Management Sdn Bhd, PHEIM Asset Management (Asia) Pte Ltd and TA Investment Management Bhd. 102,445,000 Placement Shares will be listed on 5 May 2021 and the date of listing for the remaining 2,230,000 Placement Shares will be announced in due course.

I also worry it might be a scam. With pe of 17 as the profit gurantee stated in the coming years. The company should be worth peanut with 2 years of setup. Soon it will be another serba dinamik.

This depend on ppl who trust the company is doing expand... but the company always do pp deluted company shareholders share is kinda weird.... investor should ask who subscribed the pp then yours will have better picture of it. From the link that lee wl shared...the pic taken on aug 2018...the left most guy is the current CEO of krono la...then 2018 Nov propose the acquisition of qcl company...is it normal?
