It takes around 2 weeks for bursa to approve the PP then 5 days to decide the price for PP

Ya... U think those taking the pp will decide the price first or wait until 2 wk later only decide. My point is, if the management agreed on the pp price which is way too low than the market price ( before they pressing down the price),we should take extra precautions

Welcome new shareholder on board.

For private placement case
It is really case by case for the share price to move.

But logically , for minor shareholder, sure got ppl don’t like pp, they will sell to change share.

For the person who want to take the PP, every increasing 10% of the share price , his cost also increase 10%
Take 0.7 sen as average, the person pay around > 70million ,if share price go up to 90 sen, is 90million.
